VM channels not clearing

Any help appreciated. I'm using a gigablue UE. Paid for a line but not all channels are clearing. Some clear then freeze. Tried a test line through another guy and the channels that didn't clear on the other line clear on this one. Again though, not all channels clear. Any recommendations?

I had the same problem, I found out I was using cccam instead of mgcam and that was the problem for me. I had channelks freezing and not clearing. Since I put mgcam in I have had no issues. Worth a try. Let us know how you get on.

How does your line start:
N:
C:
CWS =

if it starts with C: then it is a C Line.
Paste the C line how it is in CCcam.cfg, located in /etc/ on the zgemma.

If it starts with N: then it is a N Line & you have 2 options. N Lines can be put in CCcam.cfg starting with N:
However they perform better in the Newcamd.list file (mgcamd) to get this working you would need to convert your N Line by simply removing the "N: " and replacing with "CWS = "
