Vm hub 3 data help

can any advise on the data below i have a vm line in with a 8db equaliser on it to a labgear 3 way splitter - 1 back to router -2 vu+ boxes.
vm router working fine but getting lots of picture freezing or nothing at all
sly movies / sports ok most of the time but missus not impressed lol

Most channels have a signal strength of 90% - 99%.

Take your 8 dB attenuator off. Try it again. Power levels within limit but on low side.

didnt try as thought i would lose b/band

No there will be no loss of bb levels ideally are set between tolerances of -6 - +10 closer to the + side would be ideal running 2 boxes off the line etc and some people still experience problems and end up having to use a powered splitter to achieve this etc ::

ok i have removed the equaliser and the hub levels are
downstream pwr between -0.7 and +3.5
snr between 37.6 and 38.6
upstream pwr 51.0
still freezing but slightly better over a short test
any other advice
power splitter ??

Has the line/ gift on the boxes only just started to glitch/ freeze etc if so you might be aswell trying a new test line just to eliminate that from the equation before going out and buying a powered splitter because some servers as of late have been glitching a lot etc ::

i dont think the lines are at fault but will try a new test line
if i need a power splitter has you any advice on which one ?
