vm superhub skybox f3

hi guys if anyone can help asking for a friend thay have just got an f3 they are on vm superhub but cant get the $ channels they have spoken to the seller and he has said vm needs configurating and that hasn't worked now the guy wants to remote access there internet ??? i told them no didn't think they would have to configure it ??

any help would be great thx

have u set the dhcp to on in network setting on the box if so does it show a ip address

no idea m8 all i know they bought it as plug and play no nothing about these just asking for a friend
