Vm update

Hi guys..i rang vm regarding my power levels..an advisor has done something over the phone and now everything looks perfect..

My concern is the advisor said they will monitor my connection over the next few days and an engineer will attend next week..

Im query is shall i disconnect the box now are shall i leave it as it is??

I had a similar problem with the superhub 3, it kept disconnecting and the lights would go green i rang them and they done something to the router and said they would keep an eye on it.
