Has anybody else seen that Vm are giving customers more speed than they should be getting in readiness for taking it off them to give to the WiFi network they are setting up?
Read about this the other week that they've upped the profile on each tier, just to satisfy the ASA so that 10% of the customers get the advertised speed.
