There's a good chance as it's free, they have sold your data to third parties that's how they fund their servers, paid is the way!

the problem i have always had is speed issues with vpns.

when i get round to it ill be setting up a 2nd router using a vpn and running anything sensitive but not speed hungry through that.

anything else can run through the main router :)

Good idea but I know that I would forget and do something sensitive on no protection lol

    shouldnt really happen ;-)

cable up anything you can to the vpn router then set anything wireless to forget your normal network and remember the wireless vpn network.

Could you use any old router for this and would you just connect it to your main router?
    Thanks

    Having read the link above
, thanks again by the way.
Can someone suggest a vpn provider, I've read you should look for a provider that offers OpenVPN?
I don't want to be paying silly money as I will only be using it occasionally.
    Thanks
