vpn or smart dns

hi all can anyone advise which is better and is it possible to get it for free on lg smart tv

If it is for Iptv with most suppliers you won't need a vpn or smart dns so I would try it first as vpn won't be free.

hi yes for iptv every thing was good untill a couple of weeks ago then supplier said i needed a vpn

I would probably find another supplier as most don't need a vpn.
