vu duo 2 epg question - problem

Hi guys

Can some1 help me my epg on my vu duo 2 is only showing the sport channels, I must have pressed the wrong button last week whilst having a good drink watching the boxing.
The blue favorites option button is not showing when I push the middle up down button, when I do the it goes to my recordings?

exit till just tv on and press tv button bottom left should get sections up
