Vu+Duo & Black Hole

Hi, taken the plunge to upgrade from F5s to a Vu+Duo flashed with Blackhole, unboxed it, added a HDD and mounted it successfully, got it working on internet, now what? how do i connect to it from pc with ftp how do i add cline etc could do with a dummys guide tbh
 
Can anyone help me with a slight problem I have with my duo??
I upgraded the image for blackhole yesterday and now I have no C lines showing and are unable to connect via DBE or Filezilla.
The box is connected to the network as shows but I cannot connect.
It seems that the program for allowing c lines on the box has gone, anyone got any ideas??
