Vu+ duo need help

Dont suppose anyone local to lowestoft area will have a look at my vu+ duo i went onto one of the settings last night and created a backup i then thought i didnt need it so deleted it before i updated to a new image and the box crashed and i cant get it back on im happy to pay and deliver the box the shop im using is a night mare and are no help also ripping me off i think even any recomendations of another shop would be good ?

best way there is to do a new image flash,doing that you will loose your line so hopefully you have saved your data,making a box crash is easy done it myself loads of times,vu duo is a good box when setup correctly,is the box a clone or original do you know/
