I had my Star 2S running on an earlier version of Kodi on Enigma2 PVR but it automatically upgraded to Kodi 17.6 on firestick and will no longer work. I changed back to Jarvis but the same issue.

I receive a message "Add-on couldn't be loaded. An unknown error has occurred"

Any idea how to resolve this? What settings do I need on both the zgemma and the firestick?

I think amazon updates have knocked off kodi in some aspects. It doesn’t always let kodi be sideloaded anymore.

Besides for what the masses use kodi for, its now dead. There are plenty of other ways for content that can be sideloaded with ease.

If you want to connect your enigma2 device to your firestick just download from amazon store or sideloaded DREAMPLAYERTV put the box ip in and root as password and away you go. You can also have your picons showing too.

Streaming the HD channels aren’t recommended through the firestick but if you had the firetv they stream flawlessly.

For other content, scrap kodi, search around as everything is possible
