vu+ solo 2 SE weird channel issues CABLE version

Any ideas people, got a vu+ solo2 se box dual tuner cable type and certain free channels wont work I live in Burnley and have set the area in autoboquets to manchester 41048, I am using Virgin media uk as the provider and I am running the latest version of vix I have installed one before no issues but this box just wont work channels like BBC one work two etc but then you move down a page to ITV 2, ITV 1 +1 and it does not work just a blank screen? Any ideas? I am really stuck now thank you very much.

I sure am I checked waht Burnley is its 41048, so I amtched boquets up wth that and its giving me these strange issues, I have done a cbale zgemma before and one of these vu boxes but neevr ad an issue like this beginning to wonder if its a faulty box to be honest.
 
I take you have got the cam running and line is OK otherwise you won't be able to view those particular channels
 
You do not need a cam running a line to see non premium channels ITV 2 and ITV1 + 1 are on freeview.
