vu+ solo freezing

can anyone help me my vu+ solo running on VIX freezes after about 30 minutes and when it does I have to power it off with the switch on the back of the box someone says it will need reflashing can anyone give me any advice

got same problem i have reflashed image but still same problem please someone help

If your line is in Mg cam 1.38 try switching to Mg cam 1.35

There is no problem with softcams box is freezeing on fta and non fta channels once it freeze nothing works i have to switch it of from main power switch to work again

People have been having problems with freezing problems with Vix with the mg 1.38 swiching it to 1.35 seem to work better How is your internet to box like ?

Internet is working fine before vix i had black hole the problem was same
