Vu+ solo hd stuck on the same channel help please

I can't change channel and I know its not the remote, the channel plays but it won't let me change it, any help would be great thanks

you may have to power it off at rear,it could be so many things,what firmware version are you using,epg stored to where,press the menu button and check the memory button to check hdd and flash memory.
