VU+ SoloSE (VIX) "Mode not Supported" error HDMI to Samsung TV

HI All,
Recently bought a VU+ SoloSE box to replace my trashed F5s. Got it configured thanks to the great threads on this forum:yes!:

I set it up on spare TV in bedroom. Now when connecting it to Samsung TV in living room getting above error. Tried changing resolution and refresh rates on box but none work!!!????

Best , gets as far as blue VU screen then blank screen and the error. F5s box was ok with this tv

Does this mean it will not work with hdmi connectionto the Samsung? Found various items on google all seem to point to Samsung TV and variousother devices, PS3, XBOX etc

Any advice appreciated.

I've just found that the problem lies when connecting the box to the TV via a hdmi switch which I have for a number of devices connected to in the living room. OK when connected via the hdmi directly. Any ideas why this is? All my other devices including the previous f5s work ok with the switch?
