Vu+zero

Hi guys. I have just purchased a vu+zero (original) Is there an experienced vu+ user on here who can help me ftp a sky skin onto my box which is running openatv. I use filezilla to transfer files to box but i aint sure which file on the box to ftp the skin to or how to load the skin once the file is transfered.
Any help would be hugely appreciated
