waiting period for box to be activated

hi,

i am just wondering how long does it take for box to come back online as i have been waiting for the last 3 days since i made the payment and its still showing me the blue login message.

Any advice and support is appreciated.

i recently purchased support,and it took about 3 days to come back online,also worn batterys out on remote thru keep checking to see if it was on. i'm sure you won't have to wait much longer.

They say 48 hours should do it, I would send them an e mail reminding them

It will come on mate know they had a bit of a problem last week activating boxes last week mine took about three days I just turned everything off when I went bed modem,router,box and it was on the next morning.
