Weird issue on wooshbuild v5

hi all

got a hs ive sold. line worked perfect on v8s.. all channels clearing and showing

installed wooshbuild v5 on the zgemma hs.. and some channels eg skysports news, sky sports 1 dont seem to show... just a black screen

ive tried cccam.cfg and also newcamd..

same result

any advice please
