What are the best setting for cacheflush?

I was wondering what the best settings are such as timeout and whether dirty cleanup should be enabled?

Set to max uncached memory size 20480 which you have done.
Auto time out set to 5 minutes
Clean dirty cache yes

To be fair I've never seen a swap file being used, personally I don't bother with it in my receiver, but it does have a 1.3Ghz processor
1GB NAND flash
2GB RAM
