what cable box and hd channels?

hi guys

switching from sly to virgin as fed up with no channels but unsure what the best box for around £100 mark is.

looking at zgemma h2h

also I know you get hd channels with the virgin lines but is it all channels in movies sports entertainment?

You want to know what channels are in HD and which are in SD?

Almost all of the main channels are in HD as well as SD
 
Zgemma H5.2TC is the best box for under £100 in my opinion with 3 tuners 1 dvbs & 2 dvbc so you can view one channel and record another ;)
 
yes the sports channels are in both HD and SD, same with the movies.
I can't see the racing UK channel or at the races in HD, same with boxnation and premier sports
 
Just for info, if the Op is in Ireland then Box Office is not common on cable servers but the odd one has it.
Think only Sly has Racing UK in HD also.
Would also recommend the Edision OS mini combo which has an official VIX image
 
the h2h will give you a single cable tuner, the h5.2tc will give you 2 cable tuners, both give you one sat tuner. So it depends if you record much in which case the h5.2tc is the box you want, if you don't record then the h2h may well be good enough
