Hello, Messing about with my vu duo before and pressed the wrong button on system update!! It's back on and working after a few minutes, the FTA channels work fine but the extra channels are just blank?? Do i need to install the line again or just do some sort of scan?
The epg still shows whats on just the channels are blank??

check your cam as it might need a restart,does your epg need downloading again?

i've tried a cam restart but still no joy?

do a network test to see all green,if not power off and reboot router also.

I've plugged my old box in again now as its getting late., it's an f5s. That's working fine.
I'll try an network test tomorrow. Is it possible that I've wiped the line from the box somehow?

only a factory reset would do that and you would have had to start from scratch,setting up your box.network test only takes max 3 mins

Just got home and turned the box on and everything seems back to normal. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
