Here's a little gizzmo I came across recently and I wondered what real use it could be put to?
It's a UK 6A Single socket power block which has a USB socket & comes with software too.
It allows the user to control the power on\off status via the internet or smart phone.
A bit like the timers used for switching on or off lights but with remote access via a choice of methods
The supplier is actually running a competition HERE: to see what uses people might find for it & the winner gets one free.
I'm not interested in the competition aspect of it but would like to see what innovative usage ideas members here can come up with
