whats happened to this swees

Iv just bought a Swees 5.0 android phone off ebay. It worked fine for about five hours then this happened. im not clued up on phones so can anyone tell me whats gone on. Its fine when i first turn it on, then it just goes wild. Cant do anything with it.

Hard Reset (Using Hardware)

Could try doing a Hard reset.See if that makes a difference.


Hold the Volume Down button
Press and release the Power button
You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
Press and release the Power button
Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

no it didnt help. i sent it back, got a new one and the mic broke on it and no one could hear me. one lasted 5 hours and the other 36 hours. got a refund from ebay and wont be buying another one.
