you put line in the etc folder using dcc

In etc there no cccam cfg.Theres etc and theres var>etc neither have cccamcfg.Do i put in the ccamcfg file?.as i was expecting one to be there?.and just edit it?.If so is it etc or put in var>etc.Soz if thats confusing.
