Which box for cable?

I have recently moved house and my new house does not have a sky dish, meaning I can’t hook up my openbox v8S.

I have fibre virgin media, can anyone suggest a similar box that works through the fibre cable instead of the sky dish?

it depends what you want and how much you want to spend
some of them are twin tuner so you can watch one channel and record another
some can handle cable, sat and iptv at the same time, but if you've no dish this probably doesn't apply to you.
As a starter, you can get a zgemma h2h which can handle cable, sat and iptv for about £70
a twin tuner H52tc is around £89
The Formuler F1 is another box that can handle cable, sat and iptv but I've never used one, these are around the £89 mark also

Thanks for that, one thing I couldn’t do with the open box was record, unless I used a flash drive, I’d like to get one that I can record onto, I’ll have a look at the H52tc.

you can record cable on the single tuner h2h, but only the channel your watching, although I've never recorded anything on mine
