which box to buy ?

Hi all,

newbie here,just been to friends house and hes using the skybox f5 very impressed with the costs compared to sky which im on.

Im now also thinking of getting 1 and getting it set up,which box is the best to buy so you can record stuff similar to sky o is there 1 out there as me friend said the recording feature isnt to good on there.

Seems a bargain compared to paying £65 a month for the same as me friend as for £10 using the f5

the nearest box to s*y+ will probably be a vu roughly about £250

that doesnt sound to bad as it should pay for its self within 5-6 months of being on sky,are the boxes that uses the timer recordings harder to set up than the f5 box any info would be great
