Which Build and Cam to use?

Hi,

I currently have Openvix with Oscam and I am experiencing freezing on many channels whilst other channels take an eternity to clear.
I have tried MgCam as well which hasn't helped the issue.

It seems people have had joy with OpenATV and MgCam so want to confirm if that is indeed the case?
Have people moved from Vix to ATV, changed Cam and has this fixed the issue?

I'm using vix with mgcamd without issues on my uno4k. I did experience issues with oscam so I switched to mgcamd a few weeks ago and it's been fine since.

I've heard providers need to update oscam server side have you spoken to your provider?
 
I did contact my provider and was advised its not an issue their end as I am the only one to have mentioned the problem.
Are you on the latest version of Vix? My build is approx. a couple months old.

The MgCam, is it version 1.35 (cortex) that you are using?

I'm on openvix 5.2.044 using a patched mgcamd enigma2-plugin-cams-mgcamd.1.35a_1.0-r3_cortexa15hf-neon-vfpv4.ipk
 
Thanks Dsayers, that's the cam file I used. I'll update my vix fw and see if it makes a difference. I am 5.2.xx (couple months old)
If no joy then I'll give OpenATV with Whooshbuild a go
 
No luck. Tried latest vix with latest oscam and mgcam
Also tried wooshbuild with both cams and still the same
