which receiver is best????

I have a Technomate 5402. Although it works alright I do get freezing sometimes, I am located in Spain and my provider says the problem is at my end. So I'm wondering, do Ineed a more expensive box so I don't get freezes.
Can anyone shed any advise me on this.

it may depend where you are in relation to the sat beam as to what levels you can get,freezing can be provider or internet issues and what speed you are on.wifi or hard wired?rechecked everything?

My box is hard wired internet and I'm just trying a new server guy, up to now only a slight freeze so looking good up to now. my internet speed in 10mb/ps most of the time.

This thread can be closed or deleted as I have had the answer I need at the moment. I don't know how to close or delete this so perhaps a mod' could help me here.
