As an out and out Rock/Metal singer it has to be Dio! Just listen to Stargazer by Rainbow , Heaven and Hell, Die Young, Mob Rules by Sabbath and Rainbow in the Dark by Dio... fkin class. I love ozzy but he couldn't lace Dio's boots!
