hi, i have bought a s/h laptop, it was running very slow so i tried to create a system image and do a restore, i created the system image on to dvds {used 7 dvds and took hours!!!}
anyhow after i put the discs in as per instructions on screen, got to second dvd and nothing happens, long story short i now have no operating system on it, and a pile of dvds that are not working..... one other thing, the laptop had a windows vista sticker on it, but the o/s was windows 7 professional, dont know if this has anything to do with it...
any advice on what i could do to get it up and running again.
