wifi adapter driver plugin

Hello.
just got new TP-link wifi usb adapter (previous one broke)
apparently, rtl8192 driver is required
Found it in 'plugins' on zgemma box.
But how can I install it without net connection??

I presume i have to find driver on web, put on a USB stick & upload from there?
but I'm not sure.
any advice welcome

Can you get a temporary network cable to it or a WiFi extender

You need to pick up a WiFi dongle that has the chip loaded "skybox" or similar

sorry arkles, but what exactly do you mean by " the chip loaded"skybox""
an adapter that loads its driver automatically?
 
theres got to be a work around to get my required driver onto the box without the being connected to web?
 
Sorry i meant a WiFi dongle that has the chip built into the image RT 5370 is loaded in the image by default
