WIFI Dongle on Zgemma box

Have bought simple wifi dongles to put on these boxes, as my friends who are looking there boxes setup don't have an Ethernet port close to there boxes. My problem is I can get the wifi dongle loaded and the box telling me it successfully work through doing a network test. But was wondering since I set up my line with the boxes IP address under the Ethernet would this be the problem?

Go to Menu/setup/system/network/device setup. Can you see the WLAN symbol?

Yea, have it and the Ethernet symbol

Ok. Is the WLAN activated? Usually turns green.

Also check this. menu/information/network. Does it say at wether it is connected with Lan or WLAN. It should have a green symbol next to it to say its connected.

Yes that video is ok. Have you run a the network wizard from the network setup menu. See what it comes up with. Also make sure your wifi password is entered correctly

No haven't done a network wizard yet, maybe that could be the problem
