Wifi setup openbox v8s ??

Am I being a bit dim here or what???

I've got the openbox v5 and bought the v8s for a different room, the v5 is connected to the router via an Ethernet cable ( it's close to the router so no problem)

however the v8s will be too far away for the Ethernet to connect, so I thought it had wifi built in with the v8s model. Is this not the case? As I can't get it to connect.

any help is greatly welcomed, cheers guys(n gals).

Thanks flyer, I just assumed that the V8s had wifi built in already. I'll order a dogle now , thanks again.

You will be better of with homeplugs They will work better than wifi

nano power line adapters in argos (20+ quid ) easy to setup

It is swings and roundabouts, some people have the wifi working perfect, others prefer homplugs, the £5.00 for a Wifi dongle off of flybay, is not really that bad!

give it a try, i have had it working for 2 years on wifi in the bedroom no problems at all

Home plugs work a lot better than wifi Don't forget if you have laptops on they are competing for the wifi signal aswell
