Wooshbuild help needed.

I have searched round and can not find anything that helps.
When i go into wooshbuild config and try to update box to the latest version it will not work.
when i get to the bit to start re-flashing it says press green but when i do i get a grey cross in the corner and it does not continue, same for software update.
Any clue what is happening? is it a setting?

Are you pressing the green button? On the Zgemma boxes, the green and blue buttons look similar.

yes lol i am not colour blind yet.:)
it is like the settings are locked, it is really weird

Have you tried a full reflash via usb rather than using wbconfig? Can't think why it would not be working.

As @dt99 has mentioned I would do a full reflash from usb instead of trying from off the box is the box connected to Internet when trying to update from off the box or the only other thing is post in wooshbuild support thread
