Wooshbuild Infinity Support Thread

When trying to do a backup image, my Gigablue crashes. Can anyone shed any light as to why, by looking at the screenshot?

 

I did think that but it doesnt get hot and it can be off unplugged for ages and locks up as soon as you connect the ethernet and try to view a channel, ive got about six boxes some h2s also and this is the only one with an issue.

 

Looking at it, you are trying to do a backup to a microSD card, something I have never tried. What happens if you try with a USB stick?

 

Sorry wooshman posted in wrong place looked for sky skins and can't see them am I missing something?

Does anyone know how to get sky skins on infinity,I've searched the skin downloads but can't see it?

 

The skins are there trust me
Green > green > skins They are in alphabetical order if that helps
Use the right arrow button to scroll faster that could be why your missing them scrolling through the huge list

 

Can't see it at all there are only 4 skins beginning with the letter s and sky is not one,no skynew or skyQ or VM skins can I download them externally

 

Did you run the infinity command in terminal because it just sounds like you have a clean openatv version on your box

 

I did the update online I didn't see any infinity command,you could be right though I don't see any sign of WB.
How do I get infinity on now?

Can anyone help, I tried to factory reset my H2S last night, was running V5, the box is now running in a loop from a blue screen to a message from wooshbuild. I have tried to install ATV via a usb but i am unable to get the box to see this. Any ideas?

 

you will have to format usb to fat32 then turn box off at back put usb in then turn box back on and press the button on front of your box and it should say flash

 

I've tried everything I can think of but I still can't my Zgemma H2S to initialise my micro sd card. The box sees the sd card but won't do anything with it. It was initialised fine on previous Wooshbuilds but the box acted like it wasn't there after flashing Infinity. I thought formatting it on my computer might let me initialise it again on the box but it didn't. I'll attach some screenshots on the off chance they might help someone figure it out.

Everything worked fine on Wooshbuild 7 so I've no idea what's went wrong




Edit: The issue I was having with my USB flash drive not appearing as an option to save the EPG to has sorted itself out. Not sure what fixed it but I can now save the EPG to my flash drive rather than my HDD which is something at least!

 

There is a problem with the sd cards. Woosh knows about it, and it is on the things to do/fix list.
So maybe you can stop trying now before you drive yourself mad

 

I've stopped haha was just wondering if I could find an easy way to fix it but nope. Now that the EPG has decided to save to my USB flash drive I can manage without my sd card until it gets figured out, everything loading from the HDD really slowed things down.

 

It was trying to back up to internal HDD, but changed to USB and still the same error. Might be OpenATV 6.2 beta that's the issue I suppose.

 

Hi i seem to be having problems with abm if i set the regions to north west yorkshire sd, in the sports bouguet bt is in hd and won't work if i have it to north west yorkshire custom bt works in sd but the sky channels are not displayed, i know they are not going to work but i find it easier to use this way rather than look in the iptv bouguets.
Can anybody tell me what i have done wrong please?

 

Try turning swaps off not ideal but it kinda works as you want

 

No afraid that didn't work bt still working but no sky channels displayed.

Set your region to North West Yorkshire SD. Turn channels swaps off run a scan.
You should have all the dark channels back with the working bt channels in place
