Xtream editor epg has disapeared

I'm using xtream editor and vix.
I've still got channels but no channel info, I've tried importing epg and bouquets but nothing happens, they don't import.
Can anyone help Please?

Did you set Xtream Editor up yourself or did your provider do it?
When using Xtream Editor to create a line you can use a epg url or their own epg which I found could be a bit hit or miss.

I set it up by following a guide provided by my supplier , it's been fine for about 2 months, thanks

Did you set it up on the Xtream Editor website or did you send them the code and have them do it?

And did you use a epg url/xml that your provider gave you or did you leave it blank so it would use Xtream Editor's epg?

On the app I just put the app code and line id in as per his guide.

Might be nest having a word his way then as Xtream Editor can randomly loose channels from the epg but you can go on the website in the pro editor and reassign the ID to them one by one or in bulk if your provider is using his own url it may need updating/replacing.

No problem hope you get it sorted.

All sorted, reply from my supplier below, thought I'd post it as it might help someone else,

Press Menu > Plugins > Xtream Editor,
Set Import to Disable
Press Green to save
Then Exit all

Now Press Menu > Setup > EPG > Load/Save/Delete > and Delete EPG
Then Exit all
Press Menu > Standby/Restart > Restart (not restart gui, just Restart)

When your box is back on
Press Menu > Plugins > Xtream Editor,
Set Import EPG to Enable
Press Green to save
Go back into Xtream Editor and Press Blue to Import EPG
it should start importing
Once finished importing check to see you have EPG Back.

Good stuff a enigma 2 doesn't feel complete with out the epg.

I’m having same problem tried your steps but can’t get it back. On your first step does disable import just refer to epg import ? Thanks
