xtream editor help

Hi all and thanks for your help in advance.
I am trying to get IPTV to work on my zgemma h5.2tc
I loaded Putty and managed to get line on box and have linked line to the code with xtreme editor
The issue I am having though is when I download boquets and EPG it only finds 121 channels

I have contacted my provider and I am sure he will get back to me but in the meantime is there anything obvious I have missed?

Have you looked through the bouqets of channels to see what you get?

yes, I have heard back from the supplier now though and its a known issue that will be fixed tomorrow hopefully!
