Cannot find the plugin. Cannot install the IPK file from provider. Has this option gone?

I have recently resurrected my old dreambox dm800hd pvr, and use it to watch fta satellite on astra 28 in the spare room.
Can I install the resource you uploaded onto this dm800 for iptv or is the box too old? Cheers

if you can install the app and get a code showing, you can pass this to your provider and try iptv, no idea whether that box is capable of running iptv or not
