After re-flashing my Zgemma due to the box re-booting when I re-installed my Xtreme my box now won't activate when trying to connect to the server and I've been told that the problem isn't at the server end. Any advice from the learned members would be much appreciated.
I'm using Wooshbuild image.

check your mac address has not changed as its quite common

Yea,mac address has changed.Ask supplier to swap mac for username and password it is much better.Your supplier should be able to do this.
