Xtrend 8500 - network issue

Hi
pay channels gone - went to server and message saying that they have problems today. Anyway -ran openvix network test in settings on box
lan, local, dhcp, ip all ok
name server says unconfirmed - is this the one that I get my line from?
its just that I use tplink plugs and wondered if they are playing up as had to reset them a few times.

try rebooting box and router and links,then all should become green even without a server.

smack it with a hammer first or for very technical terms hit the dohicky with the thingymejig and wait for the whatsitcalled to start...... lol
