think I done a rescan the other day but dint work ? try again maybe ? cables seem ok yes
if you go to menu>setup>service searching>autobouquetsmaker>update config files
then perform a scan

if you get an error message when trying to scan, let us know
 
I would clear services as well as remove bouquets first.
Up (next to OK) > Higglight Cable services > Menu > Remove Cable services > Restart
