hi people this is about my 2s box now

i unplugged the box and both digi coax cables ,power etc etc so the wife could move tv and decorate ,yesterday
now today reatached everthing back the way it was but i can only recieve fta channel ,its not my provider as i have various boxes around the the house and they are ok any advice would be apreciated as its doin my head in

Check your network.connection and check your network setting on the box

You should be checking you have an IP and connected you can also do a network test from there, if you have Internet then check.your line details and config files are in the correct places.

If your getting fta but not premium channels means there is a problem.with either your network connection or your line details/config or your server (which you have already discounted)
