Zgemma 2s FTP control

Hi can anyone tell me if i can ftp a file to another box fom my home for instance to my dads who lives a few miles away or do i have to go round to the house and do it? I'm running scumsee's latest vix image.

if you both have teamvier on pc you can control his pc and also copy file from your pc to his

then ask him to install ftp program then you can do it all from your house
