Zgemma box help required

I recently purchased a zgemma box for a year Virgin subscription via Facebook. I have no idea what has happened but it is has completely stopped working for me. The person I bought it off is absolutely useless and after some failed attempts has started ignoring my attempts to contact him to solve it. I have been without tv for days now and desperately need it sorting for the Crolla fight tonight.

Everytime i start scan it shows me a message saying "timeout for tuner lock"

I am a compete new or and have no idea about any of this at all so any help at all would be massively appreciated.

Hi what scan are you doing auto bouquets or service scan? have u had this working if not you will need to change your cable Location Co NetID Freq Sym Rate to your area

if it was working sounds like your subscription is not on can try menu-setup-softcam and cl-softcam manager yellow restart .
