Zgemma box only receiving terrestrial channels

Hi looking for some help with a zgemma using VM and only getting terrestrial channels modem is fine eathernet fine but take the box down to a mates and rig it up everything is working fine totally stumped cheers in advance

grogbuild 6.1 mate the box is working perfectly all channels when connected at mates so now doing loads of head scratching lol

It's probably one of the following
bad splitter, bad cabling, no VM connection, no lan connection

FTA means no bad spliiter, no bad cabling, a vm connection is good as you have FTA and the lan connection may well be the problem, stinks of a router issue to me, just saying

Try putting box in deep standby, restart your router and then turn box on.

are you able to stream anything using the IPTV Player plugin (green button)? If so then your network connection is fine
