No, just press red, I've had this with large drives, even though it's formatted in ext4 you have to tell it to use as hard drive

That last picture you put up, mount manager, go back to that and press red

Cant keep up haha, you aren't using your USB as HDD, you need to alter that..

No point in formatting when it's in the correct format, did you press red on that screen

Hmmm, have you tried recording again? If you press the red button on this screen it should tell you that your drive is already set as hard drive if it has been done correctly

Not sure why it wont change over, maybe check your 'setup mounts' tab
Also have a check where your recordings are saving to, menu->setup->recordings & timeshift->recording settings
what does it say is the movie location? and what are the options to change it to?

Yes it has started recording again. When I press red button nothing seemed to have happened. But when I press record it started recording.
 
Seems you are sorted then, I'm sure if you pressed it now it would say it was already set
