Zgemma freezing on some channels

Hi,

I’ve managed to add my playlist to xtream editor and create a line ID. I’ve got the line ID onto my zgemma fine - bouquets and epg all pulling through, however, when I click on some channels the zgemma loading symbol appears in the top left of my screen but the screen remains black and the box becomes unresponsive (then needing to reboot the box each time).

How can I fix this - I know the issue isn’t within the channel because it works on other devices?

It sounds like the channel you say goes black isn't working and the box is then trying to load it causing it to freeze. Sometimes a problem using a plugin and zgemma etc where mainly made for satellite and cable not iptv,
