Zgemma H.2H will not boot

Hi everyone my box was running fine two nights ago then I had a power cut my box will boot up the TV screen would stay blank like the box is not connected. I can see the clock display but my remote will not work TV screen is blank. So I reflashed it with vix it boots up but is stuck on 00 any advice would be appreciated thanks.

Try a different power supply if possible, but i'd be tempted to flash openatv 6.2 to it first just to rule out the PSU

I have changed power supply and flashed openatv 6.2 now it is stuck on 49

try a reflash with plain ATV
do you have a copy of your line details.?

is your PSU at least 2 amp.?

I don't mean plug it in a different socket, try a different power supply unit - the 12v thing you put in the socket, this is a common problem

is it at least 2 amp?
lots of 12v PSU [ especially router ones ] are only 1 amp

yes I have a copy of my line where can I download plain ATV

download atv from http://images.mynonpublic.com/openatv/current/zgemmah2h/openatv-6.2-zgemmah2h-20180904_usb.zip and unzip it and put the zgemma folder on to a fat32 formatted usb stick. Plug into the box and power on, when USB/UPDT appears on led press the power button on front of box for a few seconds, it should then flash

it normally stops on 49 when it gets to the setup wizard, what is appearing on the tv screen

as the box boots up you should see an image 'bootlogo' on the screen, if not then it could be an hdmi issue, try a different hdmi lead or another hdmi port on tv

You need the VM cable in the box
when you say black screen, do you mean there's no channels clearing?
how did you flash the box completely if the Zgemma isn't showing any onscreen menus etc?

Get a different USB stick, format it to FAT32 and put the openatv files on the usb and put it in the rear usb port, then switch on with white button
