ZGemma H.2s question

Hi, joined up to see if I can get some advice regarding a ZGemma box.

Recently got a ZGemma H.2s box, previously owned by a friend.

When I power it up, display shows boot and then it scrolls through channel numbers ( I guess they are channel numbers ) then stops on -00-

On the Tv Wooshbuild V5 screen comes up but nothing else.

Remote control does nothing and the front power button on the box does nothing ?

Can anyone offer some advice on how to get this working.....or is it Kaput!

is that what they call " stuck on boot " as its the booting sequence that you are seeing.

Press 101 on remote for channel 1 - if the remote isn't responsive, change the batteries :)

You would imagine the menu or ok button would put something on screen though, had a 2s with the same issue, had to bin it after everything failed to work
