Zgemma H.S2 looping and stuck on error screen

Hello everyone!

New ZGemma H.2S that was factory reset. Now it's stuck looping after pausing on a black error screen. Here's the screen that I see: http://vps306653.ovh.net/error_screen.jpg

I have a USB and laptop here. Any help greatly appreciated folks.
